Basha was noticed very early thanks to her precocious musical maturity and her impressive virtuosity, which led her to perform at the age of 11 at the Baltic Opera alongside Sergio Tiempo and Misha Maisky.
The latter, amazed by the little girl, decided to finance her instrument. During her whole childhood, Basha performed regularly at the Baltic Philharmonic of Poland and made the headlines of Polish newspapers as a child prodigy of accordion. Laureate of more than 30 international competitions, she obtained a multitude of artistic awards for young artists in Poland, among others: the Prize of the Artist of the year, Young Creator Prize and a prize from the Polish Ministry of Culture.
Champion of the Coupe Mondiale of Accordion in Washington, she performed at the age of 17 at the Bring Crosby Theater in Spokane (USA), where she got the offer to stay and record an album. She had to decline in order to finish her studies in Poland.
In 2009 she was unanimously admitted to Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance in the class of Max Bonnay, where she graduated in 2014.
Laureate of the Cziffra Foundation and the Banque Populaire Foundation, Basha is regularly invited by France Musique and Radio Classique.

Basha est régulièrement invitée à se produire en tant que soliste dans le cadre des plus prestigieux festivals en France, notamment Les Flâneries Musicales de Reims, le Festival Radio France de Montpellier, les Variations Classiques d'Annecy, le Festival SenLiszt, le Festival de L'Epau, le Festival des Lumières, le Cap Ferret Music Festival, Les Musicales d'Arradon, Classique au Vert, l’Automne Musical de Taverny, l'Estival.
Basha Slavinska est sans aucun doute l'une des plus marquantes personnalités artistiques de l'accordéon de la jeune génération.
N'ayant pas peur d'aborder les œuvres les plus difficiles du grand répertoire pianistique, violonistique et orchestral, elle s'attaque à des monuments musicaux jamais essayés à l'accordéon tels que des symphonies de Mozart ou Tchaikovski, des Mazurkas de Chopin ou des Danses Polovtsiennes de Borodine, en passant par toutes les époques. A travers l'exploration de son instrument sous un aspect particulièrement révolutionnaire et concertant, elle a un impact significatif sur le développement de l'accordéon classique à l'échelle française et internationale
